class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n<p>Como la prepaga con m\u00e1s afiliados, OSDE fue la principal firmante del acuerdo con la Superintendencia. Sin embargo, muchos planes siguen superando el IPC acumulado.<\/p>\n\n<p>Si OSDE no te aplico el cr\u00e9dito mensual bajo el concepto &#8220;Devoluci\u00f3n s\/ Acuerdo Judicial&#8221; por el excedente de enero a abril 2024, tu factura es impugnable.<\/p>\n\n<p>Si sos afiliado a <strong>OSDE<\/strong> y sent\u00eds que el valor de tu plan se volvi\u00f3 impagable, no est\u00e1s solo. Tras la desregulaci\u00f3n de precios y el posterior <strong>Acuerdo de Homologaci\u00f3n con la Superintendencia de Servicios de Salud<\/strong>, miles de usuarios han iniciado acciones legales para proteger su derecho a la salud y su bolsillo. En <a href=\"http:\/\/www.aumentoprepaga.com.ar\"><strong>Aumento Prepaga<\/strong>,<\/a> te explicamos c\u00f3mo ponerle un freno legal a los abusos.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfEs legal el aumento que te est\u00e1 aplicando OSDE?<\/h2>\n\n<p>Desde enero de 2024, los aumentos de las empresas de medicina prepaga han seguido una l\u00f3gica de libre mercado que, en muchos casos, colisiona con el derecho a la salud. Aunque existe un acuerdo judicial (Exp. 9610\/2024), muchos planes han seguido increment\u00e1ndose por encima del<a href=\"https:\/\/www.indec.gob.ar\/uploads\/informesdeprensa\/ipc_01_266741F036E8.pdf\"> <strong>\u00cdndice de Precios al Consumidor <\/strong><\/a><strong>(IPC)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Puntos clave para reclamar:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Aumentos que superan el \u00edndice de inflaci\u00f3n acumulada desde diciembre 2023.<\/li>\n\n<li>Falta de aplicaci\u00f3n de los cr\u00e9ditos por devoluci\u00f3n (las 12 cuotas del acuerdo).<\/li>\n\n<li>Cuotas que representan un porcentaje desproporcionado de tus ingresos mensuales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u00f3mo funciona el amparo de salud contra OSDE<\/h2>\n\n<p>El <strong>amparo de salud<\/strong> es una acci\u00f3n judicial r\u00e1pida que busca proteger un derecho constitucional.
